From URL to IRL: Introducing Our Partnership with FoundPop

We have been working on something we are genuinely proud of.  At LDC, every decision we make comes back to one question: does this truly serve the brands in our community? This partnership with FoundPop is one of those rare moments where the answer is an unequivocal yes. Here is why we chose to collaborate and what it unlocks for the brands building their physical retail futures with us.

Why We Partnered with FoundPop and What It Means for the Brands We Champion
At Lone Design Club, we have always believed that independent and emerging brands deserve more than a temporary foothold in physical retail. They deserve a genuine launchpad one that removes the overwhelm of getting IRL ready and puts the focus back on what matters most: connecting with customers and trading with purpose.
That is why we are so excited to announce our new partnership with FoundPop.

A Partnership Built Around Brands
When we first connected with the FoundPop team, it was clear we were aligned on something fundamental the belief that the journey from digital to physical should not be defined by heavy costs, long lead times, or logistical headaches.
FoundPop brings beautifully designed, sustainable modular furniture systems to the table. We bring the spaces, the community, and the retail expertise. Together, we are creating something that genuinely moves the needle for growth-stage brands stepping into physical retail for the first time or looking to scale it.

What This Looks Like in Practice
We are launching this collaboration at Lakeside Shopping Centre, with plans to roll it out across future LDC locations.
In practical terms, it means brands coming into LDC environments can now access launch-ready, design-led spaces fitted with FoundPop's reusable modular units without the capital outlay or shopfitting timelines that have historically made physical retail feel out of reach.
It is circular, it is considered, and it is built for the way modern brands actually grow.
Beyond the aesthetics, this model has real sustainability credentials too. By using high-quality, reusable furniture systems, we are collectively reducing waste and embodied carbon in short-term retail something we know matters deeply to the brands and customers in our community.

Moving from Stopgap to Strategy
We want to be honest about something: pop-ups and short-term retail have too often been treated as afterthoughts quick fixes with inconsistent infrastructure and little thought given to brand experience. That is not what we are about.
This partnership is our commitment to building a repeatable, premium pipeline for brand discovery and growth. It is infrastructure thinking applied to independent retail and we believe it changes the game.
