All Khu Khu fans are handcrafted in Spain using high-grade cotton and AEA-certified polished beech or sipo wood sticks.

The designs are influenced by various art forms, including digital design, illustration, and photography.

Specific collections, like the "Love Birds" line, were influenced by Brazilian culture, vintage postcards, and art, featuring collaborations with creators based in Rio de Janeiro.

Known for merging vibrant, contemporary prints with traditional craftsmanship, often including unique, detachable wristlets and colorful trims inspired by, for example, the Copacabana Beach promenade. The brand was created to fill a gap in the market for fashionable, high-quality, modern hand fans.

Khu Khu hand fans were founded by Victoria Speyer and are 100% handmade in Spain. Inspired by her time living in Southern Spain, Speyer designed the brand to combine traditional Spanish fan-making with modern, stylish, and exclusive designs.
